Patti Chiriboga-Roby is an attorney who joined the IOSC in September of 2021 and initiated the Legal Consultation Project to provide a walk-in clinic for immigrants and their families to understand their immigration options. Previously, she had almost 24 years of experience managing the Associated Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services in Baltimore and the World Relief Immigration Programs Baltimore Legal Clinic. She was also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law General Summer Legal Clinic from 2009-2015. She has represented low-income immigrants in asylum, family immigration cases, and individuals in removal proceedings before the Baltimore Immigration Court, the Department of Homeland Security and the Board of Immigration Appeals; and has participated as a panelist in programs about immigration law for legal services providers, community groups, and the private bar.
